You can give your skin a break by trading some of these chemical-laden beauty products with natural body-loving DIY home recipes. You won’t be breaking the bank; all you need are natural ingredients like coconut oil, almond, sea salt, baking soda, and other essential oils of your choice.

Give your body a treat with these natural body-loving recipes:



– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/2 cup sea salt
– 1/4 cup almond oil
– Essential oils of choice (10 drops)

Mix the ingredients together in a jar, leave for a while to enable the mixture absorb. Then you are good to go. Give your body the scrub it needs.

– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/4 cup almond oil
– 2 tbsp argan oil

Mix the ingredients together in a jar. Brush your hair to loosen any tangles and then divide into sections. Add the treatment to each section for even coverage. Massage into your scalp for a few extra minutes. Tie your hair up & leave in for as long as you wish (minimum 30 minutes). Rinse with warm water & wash.



– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/4 cup baking soda
– Essential oils of choice (5 drops)

Combine coconut oil & baking soda then add in essential oils. Store in a glass jar & you are good to go. You can use this mixture for up to 2 months.
