I have so much homework every day. I feel like I can’t get it all done. What should I do?

Here what you should teach your child “Give yourself a short break from the books by doing something physical as soon as you get home.

When you’re done, you’ll feel more awake, focused, and have more energy to tackle the work.

I just moved to a new school, and I hate it. Can you help me disappear?

It’s so hard to be the new kid. You feel like everybody else has friends and you don’t fit in. It can take time to adjust. But you can do it. And not by disappearing. The trick is going out and doing things instead of sitting home by yourself.

My best friend doesn’t talk to me anymore. Should I ask what I did wrong?

This is a tough one. If you really like your friend, you might want to tell her that she hurt your feelings. You can ask her why she doesn’t want to hang out anymore.

But remember that as you get older, it’s normal for your friends to change. Kids start liking new things, and they make friends with kids who are into the same stuff. So it could be that your friend just found kids who had more in common with her now than you do. It isn’t your fault, and it doesn’t make you a bad person.

I think my teacher doesn’t like me. I don’t know what I did, but how do I fix it?

Here is what you should tell your child” School is hard enough without feeling like you have a teacher who is out to get you. Stress can make it hard to focus in classes and stay healthy. Feel free to talk to me “your parents or another adult”, and tell them why you think the teacher doesn’t like you. Ask them to help you figure out what you can do about it.
