Kids are most times caged into car seats and front of the TV and hardly allowed to work out. Parents barely know that these little things prevent kids from strengthening their muscles, hearts, and lungs. However, it’s never too early to start.

Play dancing music
Move all the furniture and create a spacious room and allow your kids to dance and secrete sweat as they enjoy themselves.
Make workouts a part of other activities.
Instead of keeping them too secure, take them for a workout around the house, at the mall. You can drive half way home, and take a walk to the house with your children.
Turn TV commercials into fitness breaks
It is always good to introduce your kids to exercise when they are much younger, and it will become a part of them as they keep growing. Get them into simple exercises like clapping, wiggling, marching, squats, push-ups, and sit-ups. Make it fun by taking turns. They will enjoy it and wouldn’t want to stop because kids love fun.
Have weekly sports time.
It may not be convenient on a daily basis, besides you have to keep the fun alive alongside exercises; hence, you can create a timetable for weekly exercises, where family and friends play games like water race.
Work in the yard
Cleaning the yard is not a top responsibility for adults in the house. Your kids can also involve in cleaning up the yard. Doing this, you don’t only give them a sense of responsibility; you also help them to keep fit as they are unknowingly exercising their body.
Dress the garden
One of the things kids like to do is to dig up dirt, so let them turn over the soil and help you plant new bulbs. Research reveals that gardening is as good as weight training when it comes to preventing osteoporosis, and if you’re planting vegetables, it can make them more appetizing to kids.
