Ginger- Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. It warns the skin and penetrates thereby giving relief. Ginger works great topically as a pain reliever, decongestant and also helps to reduce inflammation in the chest.
Raw honey- Raw honey too keeps the chest warm and catalyses positive effects of ginger.
Olive oil- Olive oil helps contain beneficial ginger compounds and also helps in penetration.
RECIPE FOR GINGER CHEST MASK-
Things you need-
- 1/3 cup ginger powder or paste
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- Enough olive oil
- In a bowl, add ginger powder/paste and raw honey.
- Add in olive oil little by little until you get a spreadable paste.
- Apply a thin layer on your chest and keep it for 30 minutes and rinse it off.
