Following the rumour that he has been sacked, controversial On Air Personality, Daddy Freeze has officially confirmed he is still with Cool FM.

The media personality shared a video today August 30, 2016, on Twitter saying that the stories were just rumours.

According to him, the stories were spread with a malicious intent by bloggers.

Rumours started flying around on Saturday when some bloggers tried to get an audience. Many of them malicious others untrue.”

“There are times when my boss will disagree with me. But, I don’t see my  boss as a boss, my boss is my father. This is my first post-school job. I came here when I was 25, I’m 40 now. I’ve been here for 15 years. We’re family,” he concluded.

It was gathered that Daddy Freeze as he’s fondly called resumed duties yesterday, August 29, 2016, at 5:00pm when he co-anchored the ‘Road Show‘ alongside Kaylah.

He talked about the best and badly dressed at the just concluded MTV Video Music Awards. He also took to Instagram yesterday, August 29, 2016, sharing a video of himself driving to work.

Freeze also shared an image of himself and owner of the AIMS Group (which owns the radio station) Mr Amin Mousalli. He captioned the image “#FatherAndSon! …. #CoolfmIsFamily #YourNo1HitMusicStation #96.9 “.

Freeze was reportedly fired by the management of Cool FM over the weekend. Multiple sites claimed the controversial personality was sacked as a result of his public feud with comedian, Basketmouth which he has since refuted.
