Screenshot_2016-02-08-11-44-40-1God bless Ty Bello over and over again for this story. Indeed, there is unimaginable greatness which lies inside of us but our attitude plays a pivotal role when it comes to displaying it. That day was like every other day for Olajumoke Orisaguna- a Lagos ‘Agege bread’ hawker. She had her tray on her head hawking the hot bread when she ran in Tinie Tempah’s photo shoot with Ty Bello- an acclaimed Nigerian musician and photographer. She didn’t know who TY Bello is and was said to have just coincidentally walked by. Ever heard of the ‘day of opportunity’? That was Jumoke’s and she walked right into her opportunity. I was thinking to myself that what if she decided to become a runs girl instead of selling bread. Anyway, Ty Bello carried us along explaining how the coincidence so happened.

“She walked onto our set and magic happened wasn’t planned at all ..I didn’t even know I nailed the narrative until I edited a few days later,” Ty Bello said.

After receiving accolades from her instagram fans with regards to the ‘model selling bread’, Ty went ahead to explain how later searched for the bread seller. This was a few days after the photo shoot.

“I had sent an assistant , as many of you advised to leave a message with the people in the area where we photographed her… So here she is .. #Olajumoke #tybellophotography #findingjumoke #thebeginning.”

She later wrote

Right here is an amazing 27yr old mother of two , Jumoke Sunday with an incredible life story .I called on three amazing artists @ for beautiful makeup .. @zubbydefinition for hair and @emaedosio to make a short documentary about her .. Every one gave a yes !on the spot.

“They were all at the studio within an hour and we had the most amazing shoot with her. I’ve also spoken to a few people about the best way to help move her forward and reunite her with her family.

The story kept gaining momentum and the buzz was on with fairy-tale like expectations.  On Sunday February 7, Olajumoke Orisaguna the ‘Agege bread’ seller turned ‘model’ appeared on the cover of This Day Style magazine.
