So sorry ladies, If you were still hoping for the possibility of a romance with J. Cole, he is off the shelf for real!
The American hip-hop star did not plan on making his marriage public but when Hollywood director Ryan Coogler during a Martin Luther King Jr. Day livestream event with the rapper spilled the beans, J. Cole had no choice but to admit it.
During the live stream in New York City, Coogler slipped and asked the Forest Hills Drive artist, “How did getting married change you bro?”
“Oh, what is that?” Cole responded, clearly taken aback by the question.
“I told you I’ve never interviewed somebody before,” Coogler tried to cover. “Nobody knows?”
“That was like one thing to not do,” J. Cole said. “But it’s all good…They know now.”
J Cole, whose full name is Jermaine Lamarr Cole has come a long way after tying the knot with his ladylove Melissa Heholt, who he reportedly proposed to last year.
The North Carolina rapper and Melissa have been together for 10 years… They were college sweethearts after meeting at St. John’s University in New York.
J. Cole is yet to comment on social media, but congrats to him and his lady!
