Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ‘s son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor has inherited his father’s ginger hair colour, according to a source.
Baby Sussex, who was born at the Portland Hospital in London at 5.26am on May 6, is reportedly showing signs of 34-year-old Harry’s most recognisable feature and has “tufts of reddish hair”.
The “happy” three-month-old also “has lovely, puffy little legs” and is “really adorable,” the source added to People magazine.
The colour of Archie’s hair has been a hot topic among royal fans and every snap of the tot has been meticulously analysed.
Fans have been desperate for signs of Harry’s fiery barnet – or 38-year-old Meghan’s gorgeous brunette locks.
And now the royal source has apparently confirmed the youngster does indeed have Harry’s signature hair colour.
They said: “He’s a happy baby. He has lovely, puffy little legs and tufts of reddish hair. He’s really adorable.”
Since Archie’s birth, the Duke and Duchess have treated fans to a handful of adorable and arty shots.
Archie was wearing a hat in the first photos, and the Mother’s Day photo the couple shared on Instagram showed just his feet.
The Father’s Day post had been filtered and his hair colour was not clear.
While the snaps of Archie’s christening appeared to show him with fair locks.
The royal couple, who moved into Frogmore Cottage in Windsor to raise Archie, were initially unsure as to who he would take after.
Just a few days after he was born, they unveiled him to the world, with the new parents confessing they were still deciding who he looked more like.
When asked who Archie resembled, Meghan said: “We’re still trying to figure that out.”
And Prince Harry added: “Everyone says babies change so much over two weeks.
“We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really.
“His looks are changing every single day, so who knows.”
Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan have reportedly taken the youngster on his first summer holiday – to Ibiza.
According to local reports, the family travelled to the Balearic island at the start of August and stayed for five nights.
The family left the UK just a few days after Meghan’s birthday when the couple held quiet celebrations at their home.
Reports in Spanish publications claim Meghan, Harry and Archie flew into the country on a private plane and were accompanied by their normal security team.
According to Vanity Fair, they also hired five local escorts who know the local area.
Mirror Online contacted Buckingham Palace but they declined to comment.
