RECIPE FOR APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SHAMPOO:

Things you need-

  • 1/2 cup liquid castile soap or any natural organic soap
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup filtered water
  • Peppermint Essential oil (optional)

Directions-

In a jar, add water and liquid castile soap.

Add in apple cider vinegar and few drops of any essential oil you like. If you have dandruff and scalp acne, go for tea tree oil; for oily and greasy scalp, you can use peppermint oil. For overall hair and scalp health, add rosemary oil.

Stir gently and pour the shampoo in a pump bottle. Use it as a regular shampoo.
